Fitting middle hinge full size

First the inner and outer W-925A flap hinges are drilled in place, removed, deburred, cleaned and painted. Then I riveted them into place. Next Install the middle W-925A flap hinge. A string is stretched through the installed hinges and the middle hinge adjusted so that all 3 are in line.

Fitting flap hinge angles full size

I then removed, deburred, cleaned, primed and installed the middle W-925A hinge. Next is to fit the W-925B and C angles to each hinge. They are clamped in place, then drilled.

Lower skins installed to drill holes in flap hinge angles full size

The skins need to be installed to drill the skin to angle holes
