The trim tab skin is roughed up with 150 grit sandpaper where the foam ribs are located

Fitted the two trim tab control horns to the skin, match drilled then dimpled them

Primed the skin and horns. The garage temperature was 32, so I moved the parts and the paint into the house to warm them up before doing the priming. Worked ok.

I next riveted the horns to the skin. Turned out to be a mistake, as I can't bend the ends of the skin with the horns on, so I had to drill out the rivets.

Sawed out a bend form block from a small piece of oak. Then I clamped the skin and bent the ends of the skin to form the end ribs. It came out ok.

Cleco'd on the trim tab spar and match drilled the holes. Next I drilled the holes in the ends of the trim tab where I just bent the tabs.
