Match drilling skin and stiffeners full size
After cutting out, filing, and deburring the stiffeners, started match drilling them to the skin.
Dimpled stiffeners full size
Deburred the holes, then dimpled the stiffeners. Also scotch-brited all the stiffeners also
After shaping and smoothing the stiffeners, cleco'd them full size
to the skin, and match drilled the skin and stiffeners
Dimpled stiffeners and trim panel doubler full size
Once the stiffeners were match drilled, deburred and dimpled them. I also did the same to the trim panel doubler, plus dimpled the #6 screw holes
