When I did the leak test long ago, both tanks leaked. The left tank is leaking in the corners of the inside rib, one of the 2 common places Van's identified as common leak spots. I had to remove the cover to fix the leak. Since I was so confident they wouldn't leak, I had put the covers on with sealant. When I got it off after a big struggle, I found that the fuel pickup tube was loose also. I had done the flare incorrectly. So it's a very good thing I took it off. Have to do the other side now also.
