I needed to finish dimpling the elevator skin for the stiffeners. This is quite awkward as the skin doesn't want to stay open. You need multiple hands to get it done

The next step is to match drill the inner rib and the spar, so that the horn can be fitted and match drilled. After drilling these 2, I primed the mating surfaces

Once the parts are primed, they are riveted together with flush-head rivets After this, I fitted and match drilled the elevator horn to the spar and rib

The horn is cleco'd into place, I then put on the skin and cleco'd it to the spar and rib

Once the skin and spar are fitted, I attached the counterbalance rib assembly into place. Then I match drilled all the remaining skin and spar holes. Now all is ready for deburring, dimpling, cleaning and priming]
