Counterbalance skin and ribs full size

First step was to straighten and flute the counterbalance ribs. This took quite a while as it was somewhat tricky to get all the holes lined up. Then the holes were match drilled.

Spar and inside rib full size

Next step was to match drill the 2 reinforcement plates on the spar. After that the inside rib was cleco'd into place, and match drilled with the spar. These holes are dimpled so that the horn weldment can sit flat on top of them, so dimpled the holes also
