Match drilling hinge attach angle full size
After the hinges are riveted to the rib, I fit the attach angles and match drill them to the hinge and rear spar

The angle that fits with the lower skin is then cleco'd into place.

A straight edge is placed on the rear spar and rib to make sure that the angle is in the right place.

After drilling, deburring, and countersinking where necessary, the angles are ready to install
