Drilling wing skin and step doubler full size
The top inboard skin has a doubler underneath it for step support on the wing. I fit the two together and drilled some of the holes so that they can be located together on the rib assembly
Top wing skins on assembly full size
Fit both of the wing skins on the ribs, and cleco'd it all in. After that final drilled the holes in the skins. This took quite a while.
J-stiffener in place full size
After getting the top skins drilled, I cut the 2 pieces of j-stiffener to length and put them in place, and drilled them using the pilot holes in the wing skins. At this point I have used most of my cleco's. I don't think I have enough to do the bottom skins also. We will see.
