I dissassembled the vertical stabilizer after drilling all the skin holes I then deburred and dimpled the spars and ribs.

After finishing the spars and ribs, I deburred and dimpled the skin.

Some of the holes at the bottom of the rear vertical stabilizer need to be countersunk. The spar is dimpled as it's 0.030 thick, but the double needs to be countersunk as its 0.125 inch thick. Here is a not so good picture of the rear spar and the doubler.
