Right flap spar assembly full size
This is a composite entry. on 5/1, started deburring left flap parts. Took a lot of time, no pictures. On 5/2 dimpled all parts except skins. On 5/3 dimpled skins and countersunk spar and AEX wedge. Then started deburring the right hand parts. Fabricated FL-906A/C. Clamped and drilled to spar. Cleco'd spar to FL-902 and drilled skin to table. Then removed and drilled holes in table to clear cleco's.
