Countersinking rivet holes in spar flange full size

All the 3/32 rivet holes need to be csk. Then I put alodine in the holes.

Laying out hole for landing light full size

Using the template, traced out the landing light aperature.

Cut out landing light hole full size

Then cut out the hole. Smoothed edges.

Landing light bracket full size

First step is to cut-off the end of the supplied bracket. Then deburr.

Each rib needs 2 nutplates installed for the bracket

Riveted the rib to spar locations that get covered by the tank. Drilled out hold-down bolt hole in leading edge skin. The cleco'd leading edge to spar assembly
