Cleco'd lower skin into place full size

Cleco'd FL-902 to assembly. The holes are drilled out slightly and blind rivets are installed.

Installing rivets in trailing edge full size

The trailing edge rivets are done in the familiar 2 step process. They are held in place with tape, then back riveted halfway. Then the flap is flipped over and finished with the mushroom set against the back rivet plate, all while weighed down to keep it flat.

ALl the rivets are in, the flap is finished.

I put it on the wing flap hinges to keep it out of the way for now.
