Building the centerboard case. This has plywood sides and doublers, and a hardwood spacer fore and aft.
Adding stiffeners on the deck line.
Assembled case.
Now we are ready to start the assembly. Need a building frame.
Scarfing plywood for bottom panel.
Scarfing the keelson boards.
Bottom and keelson cut out.
Bottom and keelson fastened in place on building frame.
