Starting on the rudder blank. I 3D printed a router template so I could shape the rudder blank.
Sanding the bottom in preparation for fiberglassing.
The rudder has had it's foil shape completely machined.
More sanding and filling of the bottom.
The bottom of the boat gets a fiberglass sheathing to protect it.
