The F-6118 bracket can have lightening holes. Drilled those

I followed the dimensions on the drawing, but the center hole is not lined up with the others. I probably should have adjusted the location and fixed that.

Locating floor stiffeners full size

The F-972-B-L/R longerons are located in place, then drilled. This was not easy as they had to be held in place overhead, while the first holes are drilled. It was quite hard to hold them still. This picture is from the floor looking up.
