Floor skins and fitting tailcone and center section

Before this I had drilled the seat and baggage floor skins to the ribs. The cleco's stay in place to help keep things rigid. Next the longerons are put in place, then the tailcone flipped over on the sawhorses. I then put the center section in place. Nathaniel and I moved things around until they fit together and I could put the cleco's in.
