Drilling inboard T-912 bracket full size

I drilled all the T-912 brackets to the spar. I also deburred the T-911 stiffeners. Next I drilled all tank skin holes. Then removed the tank assembly, drilled out the rivets holding brackets to baffle. Oh, I also drilled the spar attachment holes and splice plate holes to final size
