Drilling attach angles with drill jig full size
Van's provides 4 of these jigs. You put them on the angle, and drill through the hole. I drilled all 7 of these angles.
Attach angles fitted to tank assembly full size
After drilling all the locating holes, put the attach angles on the tank. Some of them are attached with blind rivets, as cleco's will interfere when we put it on the wing to drill out the attach angle holes common to the spar.
Mod to rivet puller full size
The rivet puller wouldn't fit on the angles, so I ground off the head to provide clearance. Had to take off a lot of material, but the thing still works.
