Installing tank ribs into skin
Installing tank ribs into skin (Full size)

Putting in the tank ribs. I clamp steel bars to each side of rib. Then put a 2x4 across two of the ribs, and squeeze the rib down with bar clamps. This takes a lot of force to get everything in the right spot

I didn't take a picture, but I drilled the T-911 stiffeners to the skin, then removed them. Next is place the T-912 brackets into place and drill them to the baffle. Takes a lot of looking at the plans and the pieces to make sure they are all the right way.
