Bucking bar for rivets inside rudder horn brace Bucking bar for rivets inside rudder horn brace(Full size)
I didn't plan ahead and size the holes inside the rudder brace for the -4 blind rivets, so I needed to figure out how to get a bucking bar inside. I decided to make one out of some 1/4" steel bar I had. This worked out ok, though it's mass was kind of low

After getting the 8 rivets inside of the horn brace, did the rest of the rivets on the lower rib with the squeezer. The last 4 I will need another special bucking bar, as the squeezer won't fit
Glueing the trailing edge with grey goo Glueing the trailing edge with grey goo(Full size)
To get ready for riveting the trailing edge, I needed to glue the aex wedge and the skins together with fuel tank sealant. This is hel together with cleco's and an aluminum angle to hold the trailing edge straight.
