Assembling trim tab - 25 January 2009

	Sealing elevator trailing edge(Full size) Next step is to glue the elevator trailing edges and wedge with fuel sealant. Kind of messy. This shows the edge cleco'd together after slathering everything with sealant.
	Bonding ribs in trim tab(Full size) Using the same batch of sealant, I put in the foam ribs and glued them with the sealant, and assembled the trim tab spar and hinge
	Riveting spar to trim tab(Full size) First the bottom of the trim tab spar is riveted to the skin. All these rivets go in with the squeezer. Actually the bottom is already riveted, these are the top rivets.
	Blind rivets in ends of trim tab(Full size) Last step is to rivet the folded ends of the trim tab. Then it sits along with the elevator for a week to let the sealant cure.
