Assembling Left Elevator - 4 October 2008

	Cleco'd spars, ribs, and skin(Full size) The spar, trim tab spar, inner rib are cleco'd to the skin and match drilled to the skin.
	Assembling counterbalance (Full size) The two outer ribs are made flat, and cleco'd together. Then the counterbalance skin is cleco'd to the ribs. Then all holes are match drilled
	Attaching counterbalance assembly(Full size) The counterbalance assembly is attached to the skin, spar assembly
	Another view of elevator assembly(Full size) After the counterbalance assembly is attached, all holes are match drilled in these parts
	Dimpling, deburring elevator parts(Full size) The whole thing comes back apart and the deburring, dimpling, de-scratching process is started. These are all the parts that were assembled in the last stage
