I cut out the airfoil shape in the two pieces of plywood supplied in the kit and screwed them to 2x4's. Then I put the right hand skin in the jigs, and put in the nose ribs. The inside rib was quite difficult to get in, until I fluted the end of the rib some. After that they all went in very easy. Everything lined up perfectly. Quite amazing.

Here I am removing some of the blue plastic on the inside of the left hand hs skin. I did the same on the right side previously, but didn't take a picture. After this, I assembled the left hand hs to match drill it's skin also. This time everything went together perfect, no problems putting in any of the nose ribs.
